❎ Solamente se permite el acceso a los centros a 1 sola persona por consulta. SIN EXCEPCIONES.
❎ Only 1 person is allowed access to the clinic per consultation. NO EXCEPTIONS.
❎ Hay líneas rojas en el suelo de las consultas, recepción y en la sala de espera. NO SE PERMITE PASAR ESTAS LINEAS. Esto es para la protección tanto del personal como suya.
❎ There are red lines on the floor of consultation rooms, reception and in the waiting room.DO NOT CROSS THESE LINES. This is for the protection of both staff and yourselves.
❎ Se está controlando el acceso al centro, permitiendo el paso a clientes de uno de uno para evitar aglomeraciones. Quizás tengas que esperar un tiempo en la calle, lamentamos las molestias.
❎ We are controlling access to the clinics, only allowing one customer to enter at a time, to avoid close contact between people. This might mean that you have to wait outside for a little while, we are sorry for the inconvenience.
❎ No acudes al centro veterinario SALVO NECESIDAD. Esto no quiere decir que solamente atendemos urgencias, también atendemos animales enfermos. Pero cortes de uñas pueden y deben esperar…
❎ Please do not come to the clinic UNLESS YOU HAVE TO. This doesn’t mean that we are only tending to emergencies, we are still seeing sick animals that are not necessarily emergenct. But, having your pet’s nails clipped can wait…
❎ Suspendemos la peluquería canina. ✂️
❎ All grooming has been suspended. ✂️
❎ Si tienes síntomas gripales, no acudes al centro, no se le permitirá el acceso. En caso de urgencia, pide a un conocido que lleven el animal a la clínica, avisando siempre que el propietario ha tenido síntomas gripales.
❎ If you have flu-like symptoms, do not come to the clinic, you will not be allowed access. In case of an emergency, ask an acquaintance to take the animal to the clinic, always stating that the pet’s owner has had flu-like symptoms.
